Private Yoga Therapy Class Packages for developing a home practice
If you have never attended a Yoga Therapy session with me and are not wanting weekly sessions I recommend booking in a series of 3 classes. Initial session to develop an initial practice. Follow up session 1 week later to adjust practice. Second follow up session 2 weeks later to review and make any final adjustments to your on-going home practice. Home practices can be as little as 10 minutes per day. The consistency in practice is what gives the practice its transformative effect.
