Register your place Class sizes are limited and providing individual attention is important to us. Please register your place on the mat for all drop in classes HERE
Eating/Drinking It is best to let meals & snacks digest before coming to class. If you need to eat something small before class choose something that’s easily digestible like fruit. Don’t turn up starving! You may drink water through out the class, but you may feel more comfortable if you hydrate prior to class.
What to wear Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that you can easily move in.
Bring Your own yoga mat if you have one or use one of ours. Bring a small hand towel (good if it’s hot or to cushion knees). Water. All other props are provided.
Get there early Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, fill out a new student form, get changed if necessary and set up.
After you arrive Take off your shoes and socks. They can be left by the door. Turn your phone off or on airoplane mode. Vibrating photos can seem quite loud in a quiet room!
Communication If you have any injuries, illnesses or are pregnant please let me know before the start of the class so I can help you stay safe.

Where we are: LOCAL YOGA FAIRFIELD St Andrews Uniting Church & Hall 85 Gillies St, Fairfield. Please note Tuesday and Saturdays classes are held in the hall. Thursday and Sundays classes are held in the Church.
HALL: Enter via gateway in the car park next to the church op shop.
CHURCH: Enter via front doors of Church on Gillies St.
