I love Saturdays! Ruth welcomes you in, leads you through poses like a dance. Using your breath to connect to your body and it’s movements. And you leave with a lightness and confidence that sustains you for the rest of the week.
I have been practicing yoga on and off for a number of years, but I have never been so into my practice since finding the amazing Ruth and her yoga studio in the gorgeous understated Church hall in Fairfield. I’m very grateful her studio details popped up on my FB feed one unsuspecting day 🙂
