REST & RENEW Restorative Yoga 

Restorative Yoga, Yin, Gentle Pranayama (breathing exercises) & Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).

A great class for anyone who wishes to experience a deeply nourishing aspect of the practice of yoga. To compliment or instead of a more physically demanding practice.
