Saturday’s 4-5pm @ St Andrews Uniting Church Hall 

85-87 Gillies St, Fairfield. Enterance to the hall is via gateway in the car park next to the church op shop. Please see map below.

A class suited to all levels, new students of yoga welcome.

Come join us to build flexibility, strength & grace. Enjoy better posture, a feeling of wellbeing, connect to your body & breath. This is a class for everyone.

  • $15 per Class
  • What to bring: Yoga mat (I’ll have a few spare), wear comfortable clothes you can move it, bare feet, water bottle. Straps, blankets & blocks provided or bring your own.
  •  New students please arrive 10 minutes early so I can show you around, help you set up & fill out new student form.

During my time as a wellbeing coordinator, I arranged the on site yoga classes.  Ruth was always reliable, organised and punctual. Ruth has a kind and engaging manner, which make her classes popular and enjoyable.  Everyone loves her and I only ever received positive feedback.  I can highly recommend Ruth’s yoga classes.
Personally, I loved Ruth’s classes. I really like that she includes a warm up and takes time to get to know people so is able to tailor poses for everyone’s ability.  The classes are varied, challenging and fun, and Ruth has kind and engaging way of encouraging people to do their best, to go beyond what they believe they are capable of.  I always leave her classes feeling great.
